Scope Of Services

 

Project Overview: Comprehensive Topographic Survey of Expansion Zones (Category D) in Homs City.
Project Scope: The project targets areas classified as Category (D) within the master plan for the expansion of Homs. The study covers an extensive and vital area of 575 hectares, strategically designated for the city's future residential and service growth.
Technical Objectives: To conduct a comprehensive topographic survey in full compliance with the technical specifications approved by the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment. This study serves as the fundamental pillar for urban planning and infrastructure network design, providing a reliable spatial database to support the residential and service expansion goals of the city.
