The commencement of the Firm's activities, initially lunched as an expert academic advisory body under the umbrella of Al-Baath University, dates back to the early Nineties of the past century. Throughout the past more-than twenty years of its career, AOCE has been effectively contributing to the national development process in Syria, by delivering quality engineering studies and other consulting services to a wide range of governmental, public, as well as private bodies.
