General Site and Project Data:
The project targets the Homs orchards area, a region of high significance and strategic importance to the city of Homs. The study covers a very large area of 1,800 hectares.
Project Objective: The project aims to conduct a dual task: a comprehensive topographic survey in conjunction with a social survey of the area, in accordance with the standards and regulations outlined in the 2009 Technical Specifications approved by the Ministry of Local Administration. This integrated study aims to provide an accurate (spatial and demographic) database to support urban planning projects and contribute to developing planning solutions that consider the social and environmental dimensions of this vital area.
