Project Overview: Topographic Update and Expansion Integration for Al-Mukharram al-Fawqani City (Homs).
Location: The city of Al-Mukharram al-Fawqani is situated in the eastern part of Homs Governorate, approximately 38 km from the city center.
Project Scope and Objective: The project covers a vast area of 755 hectares, encompassing both the existing urban fabric and proposed expansion zones. The primary objective is to update legacy spatial data by conducting a comprehensive topographic as-built survey. The project focuses on the technical integration of new expansion areas into the city's master plan, providing a precise digital reference to support future urban planning, infrastructure development, and public service enhancement.
