Project Overview: Detailed Planning and Subdivision Study for Hasia Industrial City (Homs).
Project Scope: The project targets the Hasia Industrial City in Homs Governorate, one of the region's largest and most vital industrial hubs. The scope included preparing detailed and subdivision studies for specific sectors within the city.
Technical Tasks and Objectives: The project aimed to develop detailed blueprints defining the subdivision of plots (industrial, commercial, and service-related) with high precision. The study encompassed the design of the internal road network, demarcation of property boundaries, and land-use allocation for various industrial categories (heavy, medium, food industries). All works were conducted in accordance with the master plan and environmental regulations, facilitating investment attraction and streamlining licensing and construction processes.
